We share the voting procedure below to make it easier for you to vote in the elections.

The election will be held on Monday, April 16 at 10:00 at the “Golden Horn Convention Center”. The time to register for a vote expires in two weeks (March 29).

First check your membership in the attached member list. Then you have to fill in the attached 'Representative notification letter' to vote and make the change. You cannot vote unless you fill out this form. With this form you gain the right to vote in the elections, and then you join the General Assembly in April and use your vote with closed envelopes, just like in the general elections.

Required Documents:

1. Representative notification letter (wet signed and stamped) prepared on behalf of one of the representatives of the company and the representatives of the company mentioned in the company signature circular (wet signed and stamped))

2. Company signature circular
