
The Silivri Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (SIAD) held a “Veterans’ Night” at the Kumburgaz Marin Princess Hotel. Our Founding Honorary Chairman, N. Kemal Eroğlu, who has devoted 49 years to his profession, was deemed worthy of an award by SIAD during this event.
The night brought together figures from the political and business worlds. Among the attendees were Silivri Mayor Özcan Işıklar; Silivri Deputy Mayors Hasan Solak and Mehmet Has; CHP Silivri Municipal Council Members; CHP Silivri District Chair Suna Göçengil and her administration; DP Silivri District Chair Halide Avlu and her administration; SIAD President Hakan Kocabaş; SIBESO Vice President Arif Kanık and his administration; Silivri Mukhtars Association President Ömer Ercan; Silivri Drivers’ Chamber President Recep Akıncı; Silivri Chamber of Agriculture President Metin Gürsu; Silivri New Industrial Site President Ercan Çalışkan; members of the AKP Silivri administration; businesspeople, members of the press, and guests.
During the ceremony, in which the best in the industry were honored, Kemal Eroğlu received his award in recognition of his journey that began in 1968 when he came from Malatya to Istanbul to pursue university education, his successful career, and his pioneering knowledge and foresight that have significantly contributed to the plastics industry.
